It is basically used to resolve issues related to computer software immediately, by taking control of the computer facing the issue and resolving it immediately. The remote control feature works seamlessly over the network and allows us to handle any computer related issues of the organization

- Cannot transfer huge files
- Security concerns
- The commercial version was worth the price to pay for as far as features are concerned

Team viewer is way better than anydesk in terms of features, pricing, performance and reliability.

Maybe the focus would be more toward the support provided by the software team in terms of quick response, faster resolving of issues.
