Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is a great remote control tool with not a lot of overhead memory usage. I am able to have full function of the machine I am remotely connected to.
- Remote control on the fly via a mobile device.
- Easily usable and secure.
- Allows 2 form factor authentication.
- Multiple screens
- Saves time by being able to remote into device, rather then having to drive to the location.
- Accessibility from any location, typically.
[We selected the it because] TeamViewer works well with Ubuntu. Struggles with Windows in my opinion.
