Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a great remote control tool with not a lot of overhead memory usage. I am able to have full function of the machine I am remotely connected to.

Pros

  • Remote control on the fly via a mobile device.
  • Easily usable and secure.
  • Allows 2 form factor authentication.

Cons

  • Multiple screens
  • Saves time by being able to remote into device, rather then having to drive to the location.
  • Accessibility from any location, typically.
[We selected the it because] TeamViewer works well with Ubuntu. Struggles with Windows in my opinion.
Cons: Doesn't allow complete discrete of remote control.
Pros: Allows 2 form factor authentication.
