Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is excellent for screen shares with remote users! I use it mainly for collaboration and remote support.

TeamViewer implementation was very simple. Our users are mainly on the PC in the office and our remote tech support teams can easily access users screen sessions without any issues.
We have enabled two-factor authentication. It is great for security.
If I am away from the office and trying to resolve an issue for someone, I can set up a quick TeamViewer meeting and work with the customer right away.
