Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It works as our backup remote support agent whenever ConnectWise is acting up.

  • Properly Detecting Personal Use From Business Use.
  • I use it to supplement when I cannot get on ScreenConnect, so the ROI for me is in personal DR use.
I selected TeamViewer over another provider because the cost is still less than most, and it's well known to my clients. It's not as cheap as ConnectWise ScreenConnect, but it's still very good and works well as my back-up remote client for my clients when recovery needs to be done.
Suited for business owners or employees working remotely or on vacation. Also suited for remote support and server maintenance.
