Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used to provide remote support by our technical support team. We offer internal support when some of our employees need it, and also for our clients.
Pros
- Easy to use (simple and nice interface).
- Not much bureaucracy to make a connection.
- Mobile version.
- Executable version without installation.
Cons
- Needs a good internet connection from both parties.
- After the implementation of TeamViewer, our problem resolution time decreased.
- There is no longer any need to move employees to offer support.
The choice of TeamViewer was made by the market time for the tool. We opted for a more solid option, and this proved to be the safest option.
