Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The TeamViewer tool is used by the company's IT department. More specifically, the remote technical support team. With this software the team makes technical calls remotely without moving to the site. All problems are solved quickly thanks to remote access. The interface is super friendly, clean, beautiful and easy to use.

The TeamViewer software was chosen because it is a tool I've used for years and I'm very familiar with. I also had recommendations from other members and everyone voted for this software for the support team to use. It is a tool with few bugs and defects and always works very well its features.
In case of problems this tool also has great technical support. We have had minor problems with the software crashing and restarting the computer. But the manufacturer's support team helped us with new installation and registry files, and the issue was resolved. We highly recommend this tool and technical support.
