Our organization is using TeamViewer to help our customers solve their software issues. With its remote control feature, our support team can directly control the client's computer remotely and make necessary fixes. TeamViewer also has made it possible to monitor the work progress of our team and guide them to increase productivity. The software is compatible on macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. TeamViewer has been the key infrastructure of our organization to improve the reliability and customer satisfaction of our services.

TeamViewer has been widely used in the market since 2005, and it is the most popular remote control software. Its pricing plans are suitable for small to large enterprises. The software can be used for meetings and files transfer. It can also be used freely for non commercial use. TeamViewer does not require signing up an account with them.

When your client or a team member is stuck due to issues in their computer, TeamViewer is best suited to get access to their computer and fix the problem remotely.
The software is less appropriate when you want to work dedicatedly on a remote computer. It is also not suitable for slow internet and old operating systems.
