Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Both the relatively simple connection with the computer that one wants to access and the incredibly fluid transmission and quick response. I honestly only remembered Team Viewer as a backup plan for remote control of a different PC in case something on a different computer didn't work. But as of late, it is no longer an option for my work from home office – Team Viewer has really taken off in the past few years!Fluid and simple remote control of my business laptop from my stationary computer since I am unable to use a VPN client. The app is most useful when a person is sitting in their home office and experiencing technical difficulties. So, the IT department can easily switch to their own computer and control it remotely in addition to viewing the screen. The program is a waste of time, especially if you have a 27" i Mac in your home office instead of a portable device that can't even be transported to the office.
  • I mostly use it to fix computer problems or to get computer problems fixed in the home computer I use for my office.
  • The advantage is that installation is very simple.
  • The IT department can easily switch to your personal computer and not only view the screen, but also remotely control it.
  • Teamviewer is a fantastic program if you need the assistance of a computer expert, for instance, who needs access to your computer to analyze and fix issues.
  • Teamviewer is fantastic for working from anywhere because you don't need to bring your large workstation with you and can continue using it if you don't have a laptop or if you need to access your large workstation's archives while traveling.
  • It has only ever bothered me that I needed someone to set up my computer when I had to work from home, or that I had to start the computer early in the morning. This makes spontaneous home offices occasionally a little more difficult.
  • Unfortunately, there were frequent issues with the "Fernsteuerung" function in the past. This appears to be a "Apple Problem." It turns out that while I can release my screen for viewing by others, remote control from my IT colleagues does not function. The program always needs a release from the user interface guides. If this is not turned on, no remote control operation is possible.
  • I use Team Viewer to provide remote maintenance in order to fix users' issues. This has the advantage that I can solve many issues from home and don't need to be there.
This tool's security is astounding, and it offers two-factor authentication to protect the data. Additionally, the recording options enable us to record meetings in high definition and share them directly from the dashboard. It is a lightweight tool that can be quickly set up with any device. The vast array of options and add-ons provides everything required for a successful conference or presentation. This tool has proven to be very advantageous for our organization because it enabled excellent teamwork between our teams during the Pandemic. Furthermore, this tool made remote work more productive and efficient. An ideal tool with excellent audio and video quality for remote communication during online meetings.

The client communication process is greatly simplified by Team Viewer. We will start using video calls in 2020 in place of lengthy client transfers. I can easily and for free schedule meetings with clients using Team Viewer, as well as create links for future phone calls. The tool's interface is also very simple to use. I can always present documents to colleagues or clients thanks to the shared screen.
Prior to the advent of video calls, informational interviews took a lot of time. Or the client would need to come see us, or we would need to travel there. Team Viewer also makes it possible to attend short-notice meetings that are easier to fit into daily work routines and can also be attended from a home office. Given that not all of our customers are particularly knowledgeable about the Internet, the user interface's simplicity is practical for them.
The ease of use, especially for users who need support. The Team Viewer Quick Support tool is very useful in this situation. Only the most essential details, such as the ID and password that the Administrator needs in order to choose themselves, are provided here. This software doesn't require installation and can be launched directly by the user. Additionally, it is very nice to have the option to brand the Quick Support Tool.
