Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
This product is excellent for both work use and personal use. Because my firm is very locked down (Laptops) I can't really use it with work. However, I have been using this for years for personal use. It makes helping others with their computers easy and is a game-changer for a small organization that allows this product. I am able to help people through anything from installing printers to showing them how to edit something in PowerPoint. The game-changer is the ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Allow control of a computer
- VERY easy to connect to another computer
- Security is great
- Might be a LITTLE easier to explain how to share a computer
- Its free--SO its a GREAT return on investment :)
