Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use Teamviewer almost every day to view our customers' front end for their Building Automation and Fire Alarm systems.
- Easy for non-computer savvy people to use.
- Allows multiple users to view one PC simultaneously.
- Shows the name of the person who is logged in.
- Transfer Data between PC's.
- When 2 people are logged in at the same time, you end up fighting for control. Instead, you can request control and only have one person with control at a time.
- It definitely saved both our company and our customers some money by not having to physically be on-site to troubleshoot problems.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
TeamViewer is much easier to use than Zoom and Teams.
Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?
Yes
Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy TeamViewer again?
Yes
There are many times when customers call and request to be onsite to troubleshoot and fix a problem. Instead of physically being onsite, our techs use TeamViewer to remote in and fix the problem remotely.
We have not used any of these security features, that I'm aware of.
