TeamViewer is used in our organization in accessing our computers remotely. When one needs to use their computers and they are very far from the office, TeamViewer aids in remotely accessing the computers. It is also the best in sharing our desktops with other staff and fellow workers either within the department or company-wide.
Pros
- It helps in ensuring that we are always online in our main computers.
- It makes it easy to access our computers remotely.
- It gives us notifications when they arrive.
Cons
- The main computers that we access remotely have sleep modes which when they are in sleeping mode, accessing the computers becomes very difficult.
- Sharing large files is not possible because it has a limit as to how many file sizes one can share.
- Due to network problems or network outages, disconnection from the main computers makes remote access a problem.
- More marketing leads were obtained since our staff are always online all the time.
- There was revenue development with a bigger margin.
- Cost saving was also key because our organization saved a lot of finances.
TeamViewer is easy to configure even on our own compared to other similar solutions. It has a higher revenue generation because it leads to more potential leads. It is very easy to integrate with other software that our organization uses. It is also very user-friendly since it has the easiest-to-use user interface.

Implementation on any device helped our organization to adopt its use on the wide range of devices that our organization had purchased for use earlier. This helped in saving the need for purchasing other devices that would be similar but since it is implemented on any device, we just continued its use on the available devices.
These security features have greatly helped in ensuring that our logging details are very secure and safe. They have also offered privacy to our devices which have ensured that our computers are not hacked or no data or information leaks. Two-factor authentication has ensured that logging into the devices ensures that the right personnel is the one who logs in and this makes verification easy.
