Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We did use TeamViewer in remote development work to get remote access to our computers in different locations.

The remote desktop use was easy from MacBook to remote PC. Other implementations were not tested / used.
Registration, login, remote connection with password was working ok. Others were not tested.
At first freemium worked well. Anyway, some concerns arrived when the pay version was needed and the yearly plan was the only option. And the disaster came when renewal happened after 6 months of no use. There are no monthly plans available. There is no way to get a refund if the renewal has happened. My honest opinion is that majority of TeamViewer users need it just for some limited period of time and this company wants your money more than your respect.
