Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I have three computers in different locations and have used TeamViewer to move files from one to the other, open documents, update computer files etc. I have been using the free version as all of the work is limited to these three computers, all of which our owned by our mission.
TeamViewer has now limited my account, saying my usage indicates I am using their program for professional support. In my experience, I have tried to contact support but have had no help and so.
I feel, if a company offers a free version of their product then they should make it actually available!
In my opinion, if a company can't be trusted in small things no way should it be trusted it for a large investment.

- TeamViewer allows uncomplicated access to computers in remote locations
- It works without any problems and allows copying, moving of files
- TeamViewer also allows you to access all the drives connected to the remote computer. It is a great program
- It's free for non-commercial use - in my opinion, as long as they don't accuse you of commercial use
- Offering a way to dispute TeamViewer's decision that a user is using their product for profit
- TeamViewer was a real help for our mission until they, in my opinion, unfairly stopped our use of it, claiming we were using it for professional support purposes
TeamViewer free version has more features than AnyDesk free version has. Allowing for remote unattended access to more than one computer. It is also easier to set up and use than any desk. While AnyDesk is a great program with great features for free - TeamViewer is a step ahead. On the other hand, AnyDesk continues to work for me and TeamViewer has limited the use of our account by, in my opinion, falsely saying it is being used for professional support.
