Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
As a technical support we use to remote our customers devices for troubleshooting. Instead of going onsite which much more costly in our day to day operation. With the teamviewer all our needed access tools are already been provided and suffice to do a technical support anywhere in the region of Philippines

- technology of the remote access to make it more faster
- of course it minimize the expenses of our 20 engineers for doing onsite
- the customers are still with use due to efficiency in our support

We only allot a small amount of time to deploy it, and even the end-users can do the installation as it not complex like the other remote access tools
