Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer helps our product support team with connecting quickly with end users, customers and internal employees that are facing issues with our product and helps in rapid resolution of open support tickets within SLAs.
The application is lightweight and also has a web-based version for quick/emergency use in critical situations. The support services are very good as well when it comes to response time.

TeamViewer is overall a better application as compared to AnyDesk and GoTo Resolve since it is slightly better than the two in terms of connectivity, authentication and rapid support services.
Apart from the above mentioned points, the features are very similar to AnyDesk, however it is still our preferred application.

Since our teams use different kinds of devices, it is very useful that TeamViewer supports multiple device types and operating systems.
This helps our product support teams get on with solving support tickets in an instant and ensure we meet our SLAs agreed with customers whenever there is a product issue.

Since our company is also working towards SOC2 certification, using third party products that our SOC2 compliant will only speed up our compliance process even more, without us having to do a separate gap assessment and risk acceptance.
Two factor authentication is useful, however we still prefer multifactor authentication to ensure ultimate security.
