It helps to access systems in real time without any delay or issue which helps to improve productivity in real time. It is used by users while giving trainings and making educational content. It also allows transfer of file across systems.

- Hosts having different versions are difficult to connect. Since the updates are frequent it make difficult to install the same version on hosts.
