Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer application to support our users via remote connection, accessing their device over the internet. Regardless of the operating system, (either Server OS or Client OS) the application work seamlessly. A tool you can rely on its security, and we never faced any kind of slowness or freezing while supporting our users over remote networks. We also use this tool to connect our servers when IT admins are travelling, and it also overcomes the bit slowness of remote vpn connections.

after a quarter period (around 3-4) months we analyzed the Teamviewer is beneficial to reduce the cost. We have users and remote servers for which some admin executions cannot be done via Remote desktop for which we travel physically to the locations, but Teamviewer helped us to execute using admin privilege and now we manage the entire systems from a single console cutting the entire cost of travel and time saving.
though the features are almost same but when compared with other products the features of connectivity and protection convinced us to make the decision to go with Teamviewer. AnyDesk is found very lagging with the same bandwidth when tested against to TeamViwer, and secondly AnyDesk file transfer takes long when compared against 1 GB data size.

Installation of TeamViewer is very simple and straight forward. We never faced any errors during setup. Sometimes our end users who are not having any prior knowledge of technical skills could also easily complete the installation when guided over the call. Upgrade of the product is also completed in simple steps without any complicated installation process and due to its simplicity, I rate it to 10 for TeamViewer implementation.
Our organization falls under PCI-DSS compliance, so it is necessary that all the local access and remote access of systems to be included with Dual Factor authentication. Cisco DUO is installed for some systems and some other uses token which are both supported on TeamViewer. Malware protection feature is an additional advantage which allowed us to be compliant against the regulatory.

Yes, the premium support is purchased for TeamViewer on yearly subscription basis. The support team is very prompt in their response and very knowledgeable on their product. They always help us to resolve the technical issues faced by any of our users working remotely. the portal is also simple to use when creating any ticket for support request.
TeamViewer which comes with end-to-end encryption using AES-256bit is a great security feature. The additional layer of security in redundancy by making the admins to add the hosts in address book keeps the system access secured. Dual factor authentication is another reliable feature and is used mostly by compliant requirement. Malware protection provides more trust against the online attacks.
Yes we would like to redo the purchasing process. There are many factors for which we make this decision like its features, the way it performs and the simplicity of the application which is easy for any users to work with. the security features and integration part makes it worth of reuse, except the financial part.
