Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
As Service Desk Manger this tool helped us a lot to help users on daily bases. It's help on time saving to solve an issues and has full control of the computer. For me the principal tool and benefit is to have the user seeing what we are doing due to local laws.

With Teamviewes implemantation we could save money based on the other tools in the market and also save a lot of time from Service Desk team and user as we are able to connect to their computers / mobiles anywere anytime.
- Ivanti LANDESK Service Desk (discontinued)
Landesk is usefull but it's not indepented as TeamViewer. To use this tool you will need to have the full tool and the costs is really high compared to Teamviewer. Also it's not so easy to use when users are not on the LAN.

I'm really happy with the tool and the implementation was really easy.
After TeamViewer had few attacks, they increased a lot their features on security to avoid any security attack.
