Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Being in IT one of our duties is to ensure that all the tech operation is functioning properly in the company, this often means accessing the users endpoints remotely to solve issues they cannot figure out themselves or being able to see the issues that they are reporting directly. TeamViewer allows us to easily connect to our endpoints and other resources regardless of the multiple locations.

Right away, we needed a solution to serve multiple locations and TeamViewer helped accomplish this.
We tried the products by LogMeIn in the beginning and they were too cumbersome and slow compared to TeamViewer. We needed something straight forward, centralized and that we could do from anywhere in the world and the ease of use of TeamViewer helped achieve all of this.

10. We had to do the implementation ourselves for but was an easy straight forward process.
We have taken advantage of TeamViewer's HIPAA compliance. Since we are in the healthcare industry this is a must for all of our software.
