Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I use TeamViewer frequently in my organization, especially for troubleshooting problems on user's PCs. It is a great safe to use and reliable software for Remote Desktop. It offers great command and control for remote computers, as it could be used for troubleshooting problems, or simply just leaving your pc at the office and accessing it from the commodity of your home (which can be desk, sofa or bathtub).

TeamViewer offers a decent price listing. However, free software like AnyDesk offers faster transfer rates, fluidity while connected to the host ensuring safe communication. The remote desktop software also offers prices and licenses for organizations or companies which enables them to manage users and groups for each session. Great product none the less.

Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy TeamViewer again?

Yes

The implementation of TeamViewer was very successful and satisfied my company's necessities. The price was a bit too high for my standards, but it still does the job. Great software to use especially for big organizations since it is well-managed in the software itself. Still, if you're looking for a free solution, it can easily be found.
It is a great way of securing access to resources, implementing two-factor authentication and the single-sign on is a great feature for simplicity and use for everyday users. I still find that there are better solutions out there but it is a great compromise for the various normal types of uses.
Yes, TeamViewer is great but I think there still are better and especially safer ways to gain remote access to machines, which use stronger and safer protocols and establishing private connections between hosts. TeamViewer is a great solution however when I use it I always have the feeling of not being absolutely 100% safe.
