This is a platform that helps us train our staff working in remote areas all over the city because many situations arise when our executives get stuck in the field while working in a car and suddenly the machine stops working, or maybe they might get some confusion about the detailing process while doing a service. All of these things are easily managed by TeamViewer.
Pros
- Training of new employees with detailed demonstration.
- Troubleshooting problems that occurs while the services are conducted on the field.
- Real-time consultation for customers as well as other businesses with which we want to collaborate.
Cons
- Interface can be little complicated for new users.
- Customer support reply time can be better and even there is a need of live chat option.
- Limited integration with third party tools.
- Improved Customer service and satisfaction for better relationship development.
- The improve the quality of the overall workflow.
- In the long run, there might be an issue if most of the employees get used to replying to technology by killing their own presence of mind.
It took more than one year to understand its usage and reap its full benefits by understanding each and every feature of the tool.
