Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Easy to use and install in all employees easily just via setup file and subscription was taken care by admin
As we are in hybrid space where we require to connect over remotely as well as setting up remote desktop connection.Being as an it consultancy we require to connect over the remote connection to check code as well as fix the code as well.Moreover we require to connect over meeting as well so for both are present in one app gives me benefit to take control as well as do the meetings as well

Pros

  • Connecting remotely through TeamViewer id
  • Do meeting with it as we need to connect and do sync
  • It helps me to interact with team as well

Cons

  • Chat feature I think this will add in it becomes all in one platform to interact with team
  • Moreover nothing everything is fine
  • Just ai addition to take the notes of meeting
  • Improve team syncing via connecting easily
  • Tool is pocket friendly
  • Reduce to take subscription of different tools as it consists all in one type
Being in a month when we started to use for a month we have removed other subscription
Basically we require only one tool for meeting as well as for remote connection so we prefer it as well as file transfer is also one of the requirements so we prefer to use this instead of taking different tools subscription

As I have used to do team syncing transfer data taking remote connection to take access of team member laptop whenever required as well as connect over meeting via meeting link.moreover they have less feature in meeting section they can increase as well in it otherwise everything is fine and best platform as well as easy to use and setup it as well
