Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I am not part of the product implementation. However, I use the product of patch updates on regular basis.
Teamviewer is used to access remote systems for supporting customers and other internal teams for resolving the issues. It helps to resolve the issues by taking control over the required system from any where in the world. Instead of guiding the users with a hectic process it is easy to do by expert by taking control.

Pros

  • Remote access the target system
  • Authorization via user name and password
  • Latency is low compared to other system

Cons

  • A messaging window is help between the two parties
  • Two factor authectation can be added for additional security
  • Clumcyness in mouse moments when two mouses move simultaneously
  • Everything can be remotly it saves lot of transportation
  • Convenience to uses to saves lot time
  • Process simplification in the world of WFH

TeamViewer is very useful when a adimistrator is accessinvg the remote system for installing a heavy software or patch. It is a heavy work to end users to understand the complete process and do things by him self. However, with TeamViewer remote it can be done in a shorter span of time by expert.
