Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I was not directly involved in the implementation process, as we have a dedicated IT team for that. However, after completing the training, I found it to be quite user-friendly. As a manager, I asked the IT team member about their implementation experience, as they seemed satisfied with it. They informed me that the TeamViewer team is very supportive of everything.
I use TeamViewer to support my team of therapists, who work in various locations, including clinics and patients' homes. It enabled me to promptly establish a connection with the systems to resolve their current issues. I also assist them with documentation and training remotely. All of these help us solve issues without incurring travel expenses and save time.

Pros

Cons

  • It is difficult to use on phones/tablets.
  • Sometimes disconnects.
  • A bit confusing for new users.
  • It has saved us a ton of time.
  • The cost of operations has decreased.
  • The issue gets fixed in very little time.
Once our company had signed the deal with TeamViewer, we trained our team members on it. It took around a month for us to receive economic benefits from it. As our team was mostly comprised of doctors, they were not familiar with TeamViewer's functionalities.
In my position, I have also used AnyDesk because we frequently utilize various software for different tasks. However, we opted for TeamViewer because our team members are not technically inclined. They are experts in other areas. TeamViewer was the ideal choice for us since we needed a software program that even non-techies could use.

If someone were to ask me for a recommendation, I would honestly say that it was the best option for me. Many times, my team members, other therapy department consultants, or doctors have encountered a problem with their systems that they are unable to resolve on their own. They just reached out to me and explained their concerns. Once their system is connected to me, I can resolve their situation in a very short amount of time.
