the implementation process was straightforward and quick. we were able to roll out TeamViewer access multiple departement without require deep technical training the installer is lightweight and remote access was ready to use almost immediately after setup. one suggestion configure unattended access and setting up device whitelisting earlier to saved us time and improve security from day one.

What i like very much remote support for non-technical users. accessing office machine from home what i don't like in BFSI sector we have client with very limited access to internet there TeamViewer will not work if you try to do your security team will flag it as high risk.
