Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It's easy and as expected for such a product. TeamViewer is based on a secure high level of program code. Assuming that many new KI functionality of many new aspects will make the product even stronger in the near future. We are looking forwards for such new functionality that will create new features for us too.
Successfully using TeamViewer for many years. Creating stable and fast international Links to Windows server systems at our customer side to support their system function, system setup and comprehensive data analysis. We also use the tool when we invite potential new customer sharing with them online insights of our Manufacturing Execution System DIAMES platform to show them the potential benefit.

Pros

  • Give us internationally active an secure remote access to DIAMES servers at customer side for support issues.
  • Give us the opportunity to present our DIAMES solution live to potential new customers without physical visits.
  • Enable us with three business locations on three continents sharing a common IT environment without physical visiting another of our business location.
  • Gives us the opportunity sharing a life problem in our DIAMES application with software tool providers when we recognize a problem for which we need support.
  • We are dealing with DIAMES customers in China, Europe and USA.
  • DIAMES is a Windows server based environment. With TeamViewer we can create a remote access to a life system environment.
  • With a strong and fast internet access TeamViewer enables us response time to actions like we would be on site.
  • TeamViewer is for us more reliable and more secure than a Anydesk access.
  • Our customer have been very happy about our support when Corona did not allow us any on site visit too.
  • TeamViewer ist the best and most secure tool for our work with sensitive manufacturing companies worldwide.

Immediate on day one, using TeamViewer.
We have tried to use AnyDesk but don't feel us secure like with TeamViewer. Many of our DIAMES customers wouldn't allow us to use AnyDesk to access the DIAMES servers on their sites. They don't trust the product and its reliability. AnyDesk is not as fast as TeamViewer in our test environments.

SSO or TFA. We shall work on it and beliefe that strong security features will always be a mandatory element serving our DIAMES customers remotely with TeamViewer. We like to be a very satisfied user of TeamViewer for many years in the future too. There is no point and element that disapoint us on the existing TeamViewer functionality.
Creating connections to DIAMES systems in Australia, China as well in South Africa with same speed and response like with systems in Europe or USA is a huge benefit for us.

There is no competitive product on the market that has equal function and features available like Teamviewer. Cary on the path of success and delivering of functions and features. We shall like it.

About a year ago when we had problems connecting to a windows server in China. Finally it had been a network issue and not a TeamViewer problem.

Using TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a reliable and really strong tool for accessing remote IT platforms secure and fast. We don't know any product that provide us such strong functionality to make our life as a internationally recognized MES provider with DIAMES with an international clientele so easy. We look forward for any new TeamViewer functionality that supports us even more.
