Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a small software to install. Very few questions are asked during installation and operation. If TeamViewer is not installed, the employee can easily download and install it themselves. Don't think I've had anyone with issues when this has needed to be done.
TeamViewer is essential for us to support our clients in the field, whether at home office or job site. I believe one of the best features is the secure connection and the ability to connect in seconds. Also, the ability to connect to tablets and mobile phones extends our support to these devices. Along with that, we can connect to an unattended PC after hours to patch and update software without anyone being physically present. TeamViewer is loaded with many features and secure. It is essential to our ability to support our field force. I highly recommend TeamViewer to any company, whether small or large.

  • Time is money and shipping of devices are also. Need to weigh the options.
  • Employee satisfaction! Speed is everything.
We started seeing benefits from the start. Only takes a few minutes to learn how to use TeamViewer.

MS Teams is good, but not on all our devices. We also experience more latency issues with MS Teams. TeamViewer has a small footprint on the devices and just seems to work.

A good scenario would be one from last week. We had a few new field force employees start. All received new laptops, but the installed image didn't include the required data-collection software for their jobs. As the employees were located in different states, it would have been costly and time-consuming to send the devices back. With TeamViewer, we were able to connect from our main office, install and patch the devices, and transfer the software all within a few hours. This is just one of many positive examples.
