Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Quick and very easy install, and it works well for our needs.
We use TeamViewer to assist and fix issues for some of our remote users. We are a small business with remote users who sometimes need assistance beyond a phone call. With TeamViewer, we can connect and take over the laptop to fix issues. It is secure, and we are confident using it as the user has to provide a code to connect. Has worked very well and is there when we need it.

Saw the benefits immediately for remote access to devices.
Saw several other users comment and praise TeamViewer, saw they had a "free" option, downloaded it, and started using it; it fits our needs well.

TeamViewer worked very well when we needed to use it. We know it's there and will allow us to accomplish what we need to do. We have used it when we need direct access to a device for a remote employee and/or user. We like that it is secure and has a password to connect.
