Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I was not part of the implementation.
I use TeamViewer to provide remote support to customers worldwide. It facilitates me with the remote control, contacts administration and management, and file transfer. I´ve also been able to share a remote access link, so the customer doesn't need to keep TeamViewer installed; they can just download TeamViewer QS ready with the Session Code, which also makes it easier for the customer.

Pros

  • Easy remote access.
  • Easy Team viewer contacts management.
  • Easy file transfer (remember what was the last folder).
  • Remembers last connections even not saved as contact.

Cons

  • It can has the option to accept the connection by only sharing the remote ID.
  • All version should have now the option to create the remote link from the main screen.
  • Option to use a built-in translator for different languages support.
  • It has save traveling costs to the business.
  • Time saving.
  • Third party cost saving due to easy file transfer option.
1 month.
TeamViewer is easier to use, has a better UI that I can control more easily than others, is faster, and I think it uses less bandwidth than others. Also, 5 stars for me, it has a better chat display that can be shown or hidden according to our needs during the remote session. The way the file transfer window is shown is better for me than the way AnyDesk and LogMeIn work.

Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?

Yes

Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy TeamViewer again?

Yes

In a suitable scenario, I've used TeamViewer over low-bandwidth networks, and it has worked correctly, giving me the option to switch quality to improve results. Talking about a less appropriate scenario, I've got some issues when the customer loses their network connection, and I'm uploading any file to their computer, and when the connection is restored, I'm not able to delete that incomplete uploaded file, and can't resume the uploading, I've needed to change the file name or upload it to another site.
