Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I purchased TeamViewer in 2011 and used it for free before then. I have yet to find a simpler and faster way to remotely connect to a computer. I have used most of the other remote control programs over the years and keep coming back to TeamViewer. It just seems to be the most efficient at deployment and connecting for me. Top marks for ease of use and performance.
Pros
- Deployment, including TeamViewerQS.
- Performance is great, especially from iOS client.
- File transfer and multi-screen works well.
Cons
- I am cheap, so cost is a factor.
- Cannot think of anything else.
- TeamViewer provides instant access to remote support for clients - huge efficiency.
- Save gas, time, money, stress and frustration.
Immediate.
TeamViewer is easier to use at a large scale for me.
