Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

What we love about Text-Em-All is that it allows us to make contact either with the entire congregation or select groups in one easy step. I would recommend Text-Em-All to every church that desires to stay in contact with their congregation.

Pros

Cons

  • Occasionally, some of our members express concerns that they did not receive the announcements sent through Text-Em-All, despite the fact that messages were successfully delivered to most recipients. These complaints typically involve issues such as missed calls or texts, leading to occasional confusion or a lack of timely communication regarding important updates or events.
  • Allow more characters when texting a message to ensure that important details and information are not cut off, enabling clearer and more comprehensive communication with recipients.
  • Text-Em-All is important to our church because it makes it easy to contact our entire congregation quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everyone stays informed about events, prayer requests, service changes, and other important updates/
  • Its ease of use allows many of our members, even those who are less tech-savvy, to quickly receive important messages and stay connected with the church.
  • The return on investment for our church with Text-Em-All has been significant, as it streamlines communication, reduces the time and effort spent on manually reaching out to members, and ensures that important updates reach the entire congregation quickly, enhancing engagement and participation in church activities.
  • Many in our church family especially appreciate the text messages versus phone calls, as they find them more convenient, less intrusive, and easier to reference for important information at their own pace.
I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 because, while Text-Em-All is highly effective, there are occasional instances where some members report not receiving messages, and a few minor improvements in message tracking or delivery reliability could make it even better.

Yes - We have reported that not all of our members receive the messages every time. Recently we have received no complaints from our membership concerning Text-Em-All.
We have not had to make requests for support. Text-Em-All is easy to use!
