Overall Satisfaction with Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager

Todoist is used on an individual basis throughout our organization. The majority of my team use it as a time management tool.

Pros

  • Great time management tool. Simple interface to stay organized.
  • Great for taking and storing notes.

Cons

  • Not really an issue, but there is a learning curve, especially setting up projects.
  • It would be beneficial if there was a way to default to a specific list. Maybe it’s here and I just haven’t figured it out.
  • More efficient time and project management.
  • Great and more effective communication between teams.

I think Todoist is particularly useful for people who frequently bounce between a desktop and mobile app. The interface is simple and syncing is automatic. This is a great tool for travelers, both business and personal.
