Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Totango was used to build out our strategy. We needed a lot of guidance and beyond the system, the team really gave me some guidance on how to go about implementing this type of program in my company.

At the time we were looking for something that was easy to set up and for someone who could lead us through the process to build out the team. It worked versus the others that we reviewed that were either too high level, or too manual.
We only have Totango sending to Zendesk. Not sure if Totango has a two way integration that we don't know about.
