Overall Satisfaction with Totango
It is being used by the Customer Success and Account Management team to track our customer satisfaction and send reminders to do certain activities based on data.
Pros
- Individual account record management.
Cons
- Analytics.
- Automated messaging.
- AI to improve recommended actions.
- It is difficult to get real ROI versus just using SFDC.
I would likely go back to using SFDC as system of record if I could do it over again.
