Trello is one of my favorite project management applications. It's powerful and free to use.
  • Free to use.
  • Powerful.
  • Card model project management makes it easy to use.
  • Difficult to add files for beginners.
  • Needs better customer support.
  • Needs integration with Dropbox and Google Drive.
  • Ease of use.
  • Cards are the incredibly versatile building blocks to manage tasks.
  • The card-based approach doesn't work in every situation at least for some people.
Trello is a great product that allows for more detailed project breakdowns.
Trello is best for small team work. I think they need to improve their application for huge project management work.
