Overall Satisfaction with Trello

The tool is used as a Kanban board to provide visible organization of tasks and the state they are in. It helps me to build training material and use it as Guide for the training contents. Once the material has been delivered, using the Trello with cards such as "Product Backlog", To do, Doing and Done, I can organize training so that participants can download material and move the cards.

Pros

  • Checklists withing Cards
  • Documents and attachments to store material for use
  • easy to use platform and very intuitive

Cons

  • Integrate a simple drawing tool to add notes (not sure if it already exists)
  • Productivity of users
The tool is very intuitive; therefore, the usability of the platform is great. The collaboration between the users is easy to establish by adding members to boards which allows integration of remote users effortlessly. There are areas of improvement such as limited customization and lack of availability of drawing tool for quick notes and diagrams away from the cards.

Yes

Well suited: For Scrum (daily), Retrospective. For Agile Project Management. On a Daily Basis as a visual tool to show my projects at a High-Level view and their status. Remote teams and integration as it is a great collaboration tool.
Less appropriate: Conventional waterfall project management. Brainstorming for Problem Solving or Project Planning initial stages.
