Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used across the organization, but the use depends on the client account and specific project. I've personally used it on projects previously to monitor earned media coverage and to gain an understanding of a particular industry or topic's media coverage.

  • I don't have any off the top of my head - Cision has been a vast improvement from our previous software.
Cision has been far superior to Meltwater, in my experience. The platform is significantly more updated, the results are more comprehensive, and the use of the platform has been much more smooth.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) has been very useful for monitoring. We had to monitor several key topics for one client, and it was very easy for me to go in and set up several similar dashboards, and for my colleague to access and review the results.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

I haven't really needed to use Cision's support yet, but it was a very easy and quick process when I reached out to our account rep to get an account set up.
