Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use it in multiple ways. It is used primarily to analyze earned media, to track media, and to get a better view of where our earned media is appearing.
  • Useful dashboard.
  • Intuitive manipulation of graphics.
  • Solid customer service.
  • Up-to-date information gathering.
  • Developing of reports is clunky.
  • Tracking subscription-based media.
We did not like Meltwater because we found it to be too cumbersome for quick use. The platform has changed, but we still find TrendKite to be the better option.
Of all of its features, the one we use the most is the analysis of earned media and the comparative analysis of US East Coast peers and competition.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

They have a high level of customer service. We receive lots of outreach from TrendKite. However, I don't like the constant turnover of account reps, but the hand-off seems pretty seamless.
