Overall Satisfaction with Triblio ABM/ABX Platform

Triblio is being used by the sales and marketing departments. Marketing uses the platform itself where sales receive emails and use the integration with HubSpot CRM. We use it for a couple of use cases such as website visitor traffic, to serve display ads to target accounts, and to personalize our website for our target accounts.

Our CSM Molly is truly outside. No question is too much for Molly. We meet weekly and she’s always there for the support over email as well. We discuss and she advises on campaign plans, where we can make improvements, and how to understand to metrics we are seeing.
Triblio always provides me with exceptional support - I feel fully supported each week during our calls. Molly provides great detail and thought in her answers to my questions and takes the time to review our campaign plans before we execute.
Triblio was the better all-around platform and option for us. This was based on support, features, and price.
