Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet personnel have been quite responsive to my questions regarding HR, technology and everything else.
My entire law firm uses TriNet, primarily to handle payroll, including associated taxes, and benefits.

Pros

  • Implementation is managed with great care and attention.
  • TriNet makes decent health insurance available.
  • TriNet personnel are generally responsive to questions.

Cons

  • The implementation process is lengthy and fairly complex. For a small business like mine, I believe some streamlining would be possible.
  • TriNet's primary usefulness has been to make reasonable health insurance available to employees, as well as manage payroll and related taxes.
  • ADP
ADP did not match TriNet's pricing for my needs, and personnel were less responsive.
TriNet works well for managing payroll and benefits. I'm not aware of any specific functionality or features directed toward lawyers' particular needs.
