Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Excellent staff support from all levels of TriNet.
Good systems, need some improvement in reports and accounting system interface
TriNet is used throughout the whole organization in 3 states. It solves our payroll and HR handling without adding staff.

Pros

  • Payroll management
  • Annual Payroll Tax Reporting
  • Providing HR guidance to maintain workplace compliance

Cons

  • Better interface with accounting system
  • Handles growing company payroll and compliance matters with full accuracy and timeliness
Handles all the payroll and payroll taxes very well. Some reporting could use improvement as to ease in modifying reports.
