Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Across the whole organization. We use it for payroll, HR, and expense reporting.
Pros
- TriNet's Human Consultants is their biggest asset.
Cons
- The "new" software is lacking significantly. Most days it doesn't work and I just go back to previous version.
- Payroll errors are too frequent. These errors include errors in deductions, non-payment of employees and employees magically being terminated in the system for no reason.
- Paid Time off feature is lacking. Admin user is unable to correct errors in calculations. Payroll administrator is unable to enter PTO on timesheet for employees.
- TriNet has made payroll tax filing easy. With the exception of the NC tax collection call I am dealing with currently. They failed to make a payment timely.
- Having Human Consultants there to provide advice has enabled us to extend the hiring of an HR Manager slightly longer.
ADP
Overall they have a lot of the same features, but you don't have all the errors with ADP.
