Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Audrey De Jesus is fantastic and other support I have received has been just as good. I've never had a complaint.
I am looking forward to the new site being as seamless as the old site. I do like the new format and layout. I keep getting the popup to take a tour of the new site that is annoying.
We use TriNet across our organization as our payroll and benefits provider. We also use their TriNet Expense application. We love it because we don't have to shop for healthcare benefits ourselves, we don't have to hire a payroll administrator, and we don't have to worry about regulations and taxes regarding our employees' payroll and benefits.
  • Great customer service - timely, knowledgeable, and helpful.
  • Website is easy to understand and navigate.
  • Seamless integration between Expense and payroll.
  • Perhaps a greater expansion of marketplace and emails to employees to bring this benefit to their attention.
  • TriNet has had great positive impacts. Compliance is crucial. Also the efficiency of creating payrolls, incorporating expense reimbursement, and managing leave is great.
  • This may be a different area of focus, but one thing I would like to see is TriNet Expense to offer the option for admin's to enter expense reimbursement requests on behalf of others. It seems unnecessary to require all employees to learn the system when we would be much more efficient to have a few experts.
We have used TriNet since our company formed in Sep '16.
It's great for our business and solves multiple needs. We appreciate their cost structure. I don't know where it would be less appropriate.
