Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Our entire company uses TriNet at the moment. Employees use TriNet for self-service such as pay stubs, direct deposit, changing personal information such as address and contact information. We tap into our TriNet human capital consultant for feedback, advice and guidance. We also use TriNet for our payroll system.
- Call Center is prompt and helpful.
- Resources from human capital consultant are excellent.
- Some flexibility around some processes and policies would be nice.
- Client service associate seems to have too many accounts. Feedback and timeliness is not there. Also not proactive.

TriNet is great for start ups or smaller companies that need extra support in HR or advice. They are also much better at partnering with companies to help offer affordable competitive benefits. The turn around time for most of the communication with TriNet is much better than some of the other HRIS systems I have used.
