Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The team assigned to assist your company on TriNet is great at responding to inquiries and letting you know who they are are and how they can be reached. If they are unavailable someone always steps in to assist.
Most features are very straightforward to use. Reports could be simplified but are still manageable.
We use TriNet throughout the whole company to administer payroll and benefits.

Pros

  • Account executives are very responsive to inquiries.
  • Website is relatively easy to use.
  • Due dates etc., are well communicated.

Cons

  • Reports are a mostly intuitive but could be improved.
  • A few payroll items are added manually after payroll is submitted, it would be nice to see them on the register/preview reports before submitting.
  • HR Compliance is simplified as TriNet takes care of it.
  • Liability payments are simplified as TriNet takes care of it, though many states need multiple reminders that this is the case.
  • Benefits administration is simplified and less costly.
ADP is not nearly as easy to communicate with or too helpful when assistance is needed. Nor do they assist with benefits administration.
TriNet is great at having the employer choose the options and then implementing them. The responsiveness and transparency of team is a large part of my rating.
