Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
We did try another PEO a few years ago and their software was awful, came right back to Trinet.
Whole company, solves our HR, payroll and benefits so we can remain focused on providing our clients with our services.

Pros

  • Helps tremendously with HR providing support and easy to understand software and templates for day to day employee administration.
  • Easy to use software for payroll.
  • Options for employees on their benefits that we could never provide on our own.
  • Integration with 401k support.

Cons

  • Could provide more guidance with employee evaluations. Though mostly this is our fault.
  • Help us review employee manual.
  • Stay with HR regulations that we do not have the time to keep up with.
  • Makes our life easier so we can spend time making money.
  • Employees can access most information so they do not have to take up our time.
We found the software for payroll cumbersome.
Definitely for a small to medium size firm. Not sure about a larger company.
