Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Kelly Peters is super helpful, she probably makes the TriNet experience the most beneficial because otherwise, I would just be dealing with a computer.
I think the overall usability is very helpful. I've had a harder time switching to the new site because I really liked the older one, so I still appreciate the old site being usable. The new site does look beautiful though. I'm just a creature of habit.
We use it as an HR solution for payroll and for our two K1 employees.

Pros

  • I like the platform - it's easy to access and is helpful for payroll.
  • I like our client service provider, Kelly Peters. She's always available for my questions.
  • I'm busy at work, so it's nice that TriNet simplifies the monthly payroll.

Cons

  • We've had some small issues with switching to K1 - it's not a big deal - I understand that when you implement something new, there are some bugs to fix.
  • Payroll accuracy.
  • Reduce time HR has spent on admin tasks.
  • HR compliance.
Very well suited for payroll.
