Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to support HR & benefits administration across our company. We have fewer than 30 employees, scattered across several states. TriNet helps us provide competitive benefits in an efficient manner to our team.
Pros
- Without TriNet, it would be burdensome for our company to offer medical insurance choices for our employees in 7 states.
- Employees also benefit from classroom training provided by TriNet. (HR101)
Cons
- The launch of the Beta platform has been ragged. Some functions have been removed, which is not acceptable.
- When our TriNet support team is available, we get excellent support, However, when they are out and I am routed to their substitutes, sometimes we get errors. Wrong information, conflicting information.
- Employees did not like the TriNet review process. So we're starting new process this year.
- Employees do not have visibility into PTO balance hours in Beta platform. They used to be able to see this in legacy platform.
I have no experience with other PEO solutions.
