Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The customer service representatives are very responsive and act with urgency. They provide detailed feedback in a timely manner and remember your company's specific situation and needs.
It is fairly easy to use, especially with the new update. However, the new update seems to have some issues and often does not do what it is supposed to do. It is easy as an administrator, but some employees struggle with knowing where to locate certain items.
We use TriNet for all departments in our organization within the United States. It aids in our payroll, expense and benefits processes. Additionally, it serves as a administrative tool for reporting and record keeping.

It offers a lot more functionality with the exception of time off requests and a company calendar feature.
It is well suited for organizations that would like to alleviate certain HR and administrative duties without removing opportunities for personal customization. Less suited for organizations that have dedicated personnel to perform these tasks.
