Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

My Sr. Human Capital Consultant has been a great partner on helping me resolve issues and thinking through HR related topics.
New website hasn't seemed fully ready for Admins and we are spending more time than needed doing simple tasks.
We use TriNet to manage payroll and benefits for the company. In my role, I also use TriNet for information around HR policies and guidelines.
  • Automatic payroll for full-time salary employees.
  • Dedicated Sr. Human Capital Consultant.
  • Customer Support for employees, especially during the open enrollment period for benefits.
  • Updates on policies and laws.
  • New website needs to be faster, less back and forth from old system to new system.
  • Staying within HR compliance.
  • Offer excellent benefit packages at decent prices.

Benefits were still better with TriNet at the time we reviewed Namely.
TriNet has worked well for employees under 100 and is cost effective for the services provided. Might not be a fit as companies grown beyond 100 people.
